Terms of Service
Effective date: June 7, 2026 - Plyrium LLC
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Plyrium products and websites, including Plyrium Forge and Plyrium Echo. By using the website, downloading our software, creating an account, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
2. Plyrium Echo trial and license
Plyrium Echo includes a 14-day free trial so you can test the app on your own computer before purchasing. The trial is intended for checking microphone capture, hotkeys, paste behavior, model download, operating system permissions, and general compatibility with your workflow.
A purchased Echo license is a one-time local desktop license for one user/machine. License keys are delivered by email and activate offline. You are responsible for keeping your license key private.
3. Echo refund policy
Plyrium Echo purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase. The 14-day free trial exists so you can evaluate whether Echo works for your machine and workflow before buying.
By purchasing an Echo license key, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not offered for buyer's remorse, failure to use the trial, accidental purchase after completing checkout, preference changes, or incompatibilities that could reasonably have been discovered during the trial period.
Plyrium may, at its sole discretion, make a rare exception for a confirmed technical failure where you contacted support, cooperated with reasonable troubleshooting, and we could not provide a working build or workaround. This exception is not a guaranteed refund policy and does not waive the no-refund rule for other purchases.
4. Forge subscriptions and billing
Plyrium Forge plans, if purchased as subscriptions, are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscription terms, renewal dates, cancellation behavior, and trial status are shown in the account or checkout flow when applicable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Plyrium products to break the law, violate third-party rights, attack systems you do not own or have permission to test, distribute malware, abuse payment systems, or attempt to bypass licensing, entitlement, or security controls.
6. Local data and responsibility
Plyrium Echo stores settings, downloaded models, license data, and dictation history locally on your machine. Plyrium Forge is designed around local operator control. You are responsible for your own files, backups, operating system permissions, and any content you create or process with the software.
7. Software updates
We may release updates, fixes, or new builds at any time. Some updates may be required for compatibility, security, or download availability. We do not guarantee that every historical build will remain available indefinitely.
8. No warranty
Plyrium products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work hard to make the software useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plyrium LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the software or website.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or software after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
